ADÉLIEN AB, a company established in Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For anything about your data, write to privacy@adelien.store.
What we collect - When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, what you bought and your order history. - Any order note or gifting details you choose to add, such as a card message or a second delivery address. - Messages you send us about an order. - If you join the newsletter: your email address, and when and how you signed up. - If you accept analytics cookies: how the site is used — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location — through Google Analytics. Nothing is collected before you accept. - We never see or store card details. Payments are handled by PayPal.
Why we use it, and the legal basis - To take, deliver and support your order, including returns and order messages: to perform our contract with you. - To keep the accounting records Swedish law requires: legal obligation. - To send the newsletter: your consent. - To understand how the site is used: your consent, given through the cookie banner. - To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure: our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with Only the services needed to run the shop: - PayPal — payment processing. PayPal also acts as a controller for the payment data it holds. - Shippo — our shipping software, and the delivery company carrying your parcel, to deliver your order. - Resend — sending order and newsletter emails. - Vercel — hosting this website. - Supabase — the database that holds orders, messages and requests. - Google — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU Some of these providers are based in the United States or may access data from there. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it - Order and payment records: seven years, as the Swedish Accounting Act requires. - Order messages and order notes: for as long as needed to handle the order, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. - Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. - Analytics: no longer than 14 months. - Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights You can ask for access to your data, a copy in a portable format, correction, or deletion. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, ask us to restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing does not affect anything done before.
